Course Description

In this interactive workshop, CTE CIMCs and CTE teachers will collaborate to deepen their understanding of proficiency scales in courses with newly developed Performance-Based Measurements (PBMs). Participants will unpack the structure and purpose of proficiency scales, engage in hands-on activities to explore their classroom application, and discuss strategies for supporting student engagement and skill attainment. By the end of the session, attendees will leave with practical tools and shared insights to support effective implementation of proficiency scales in ways that are meaningful for both educators and students.
